German Bionic, with headquarters in Augsburg and locations in Berlin, Boston and Tokyo, is the first German company to develop, manufacture and market smart and connected exoskeletons for industrial use and logistics workplaces. We are looking for a Mobile Software Engineer (m/f/x) to join our R&D team at our location in Augsburg.

Tasks and responsibilities
As Mobile Software Engineer (m/f/x) you will take on a central role in our interdisciplinary team, whose focus is to deliver data intelligence to our customers and users. Your main objective will be the development of the primary user interface that empowers our workers to detect and change potentially harmful habits. To accomplish this you will work closely with both the cloud engineers and embedded engineers to find well integrated solutions. You will work with the latest technologies and have a keen eye on all aspects that contribute to a solid implementation. 
Requirements for the role
  • Experience with Android & iOS development (Android Java/Kotlin, iOS Swift)
  • Experience with cross platform app development frameworks like Flutter, Xamarin or others.
  • Experience with app databases like SQLite or Firebase
  • Experience with UI/UX Design
  • Experience with Apple and Google Playstore release process. Ideally you already released an app into stores.
  • You know Linux as a working environment and have already gained practical experience
  • Very good written and spoken English skills (knowledge of German is not a prerequisite)
  • You have a residence or a work permit in the EU
