As our ​Product Manager (m/f/x), you will support the cross-functional R&D teams in the operational and strategic development of hardware & software applications. You draw on your well-founded practical experience in conception, agile development and the market launch of features and products and act as an interface between the developers and our internal and external stakeholders. You are enthusiastic about new technologies, are goal- and solution-oriented and can easily switch back and forth between tech and business discussions and priorities.  
About the role
You are part of the R&D development team and report directly to the CPO. After onboarding, you will be responsible for the development of hardware & software applications on different technological platforms. You will then take responsibility for a specific product and successfully develop it on the market.
Tasks and responsibilities
  • You take user feedback, liaise with the Sales and Customer Success teams, follow the market closely, and formulate requirements for the development team
  • You analyze data from different sources to validate your hypotheses
  • You will familiarize yourself extensively with the topic of ergonomic occupational safety, observe the market and create feasibility analyses for your stakeholders
  • You maintain the product backlog, prioritize and formulate tasks independently and work actively on the roadmap
  • You work closely with the engineering managers to ensure the best possible implementation and take care of release-related activities and guarantee market access
Requirements for the role
  • You have been working in comparable roles for at least 5 years and have launched at least one successful product as the lead product manager 
  • You have extensive experience in product development and are thoroughly familiar with agile development processes
  • You have a sound technical understanding of cloud applications, experience in modeling business logic and basic knowledge of data processing in distributed systems
  • Ideally, you have experience in the health tech environment
  • You are characterized by strong communication skills, are able to work on several topics in parallel and are enthusiastic about interdisciplinary work
  • You have experience working with distributed teams across several time zones
